Changin’ Times
A couple of changes in our radio shows/podcasts unfolding as we speak. After 7 years (yes, it’s been that long!) of running as a weekly 1 hour show on 106fm, we’re changing the settings for Botanika FM. Starting this week, instead of doing a weekly 1 hour show, we are doing a bi-weekly 2 hours show. This means that you get the same amount of music in more concentrated double doses.
The show is still broadcasted on 106fm, every other Thursday between 10PM to 12AM, and posted as a podcast right here on our website and fed to the same iTunes subscription. We hope that the the new 2 hours format will give us more space and room to have a proper DJ set feeling. The first of these will air tonight, 10PM (+2 GMT) – join us in our expanded musical journey.
Also, after 3 years and 111 episodes, Egozy is discontinuing his Rashamkol podcast series, which ran in cooperation with Israel’s most popular website, Walla!, and became a local cultural institution and reference point. The entire archive of shows will stay available for the time being, and this week’s episode is the final one. You can check it here at Walla! Culture, and it’ll be uploaded to the site promptly.
